1.10t h steam boiler - SZL series coal-fired steam boiler - structure

ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is double-drum chain grate water tube boiler. The 10t h SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is pre-assembled with the upper and lower parts. The upper part is heating surface and the lower part is combustion equipment. The front part of boiler body is surrounded by membrane walls. Its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms the combustion chamber to absorb the radiant heat from furnace; and there are dense convention tube bundles between the upper and lower drums at the back side of boiler, so the high-temperature flue gas generated by fuel combustion in the furnace scours the heating surface of convention tube bundles, then enters the economizer and dust collector, and finally is exhausted into the atmosphere via the chimney.
