ZOZEN successfully won the full recognition of the Chia Tai Group with its systematic solutions, and became the  General Contractor of Jilin Zhengda Boiler, providing it with three 1.2 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters, including pipe laying from the boiler room to the production floor.

The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle.

ZOZEN customized the SZL series coal-fired chain grate steam boiler system for Xindadong Textiles (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. on the basis of the local conditions of Vietnam and the actual needs of users. This series of boiler has the advantages of high efficiency, strong overload capacity and wide adaptability of fuel types.

The furnace of ZOZEN’s SZL series coal-fired boiler adopts a closely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, which effectively prevents the erosion and radiation of high-temperature flue gas for the furnace. The furnace has large radiation area, small maintenance workload and light overall weight. In order to improve the coal applicability of industrial boilers, ZOZEN Boiler designs adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch, etc., and chooses different furnace structures according to calorific value, volatile content and coking characteristic index of coal provided by customers.

During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy between the components of the boiler, thereby achieving accurate assembly of the entire boiler.

All boilers are subject to damage if proper water treatment procedures are not followed. This is an important consideration both during operation and when the boiler is idle. To avoid damage and costly repairs, monitor water chemistry routinely and ensure that you are supplying your boiler with soft water at all times.
