It mainly produces various types of paper used for writing, printing and offset printing. It currently has two independent production lines with a daily production capacity of 200 tons of paper. It also exports high-quality paper to overseas market. In order to ensure the heat source supply of paper production lines, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. chose to introduce the advanced ZZ series medium-temperature and medium-pressure boiler from China with a rated pressure as high as 3.82 Mpa and sufficient high-temperature steam supply.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry.
