The year 2020 is a significant year for ZOZEN Boiler that we together overcame the difficulties brought by COVID-19, implemented the lean factory project, carried out performance appraisal in the whole company, etc. This year, as ZOZEN Boiler is undergoing a huge change from top to bottom, the performance appraisal and promotion system of front-line staff also has important changes.
The ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired steam boiler was successfully delivered to the capital of Caracas, Venezuela in early June. After completing the installation and commissioning the boiler will provide a stable heat source for the production line of Inversiones Goa 7 C.A, further enhancing the efficiency and overall competitiveness of the enterprise, industrial biomass burner.
ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.
ZOZEN’s oil-fired/gas-fired skid-mounted steam boiler has obvious advantages of integrated skid-mounted delivery, compact structure and cost saving, which immediately attracted the attention and favor of the Myanmar Factory of Xindaxin Food after it came onto the market. ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed.
ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.
ZOZEN Boiler has set up seven process stop points that are material re-inspection, material inspection number transfer, plate welding test, heat treatment, pre-expansion before welding, flaw detection inspection, hydrostatic test, which are inspected by seven responsible engineers. If any link is unqualified, it will not be able to proceed to the next process, which ensures that each ZOZEN boiler has the high quality, industrial biomass burner.
