ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃, oil fired boiler for green house planting.

This time, GOTEC Group built a new plant in Toluca, Mexico, to expand its world map. As the important energy equipment for a new plant, the efficient and stable operation of the gas-fired hot water boilers would directly affect the company’s production efficiency and product quality. Based on previous friendly cooperation with ZOZEN, GOTEC Group appreciated ZOZEN’s WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler. Aiming at the characteristics of load changes in the actual production process of the Mexican plant, ZOZEN equipped the easy-to-operate PLC automatic control system for the boilers. The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.

The boiler body adopts high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and fire clay to keep the temperature of boiler body below 45℃ and effectively control the heat loss. The overall shot blasting, rust removal and painting can ensure the beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance of boiler.
