ZOZEN Boiler 2022 Annual Staff Assembly Held Successfully

The annual staff assembly of ZOZEN Boiler was held in the production base in Wuxi, China on Jan. 15th, 2022. ZOZEN Boiler tried the new way of interactive live streaming to make the assembly online.

Mr. Zhang Guoping, the general manager of ZOZEN Boiler, introduced the development of the enterprise in 2021 to all employees and analyzed the new situation faced by the industry development, also, planned the key work in 2022.

Mr. Zhang said, facing with the impact of COVID-19 pandemic situation and the "dual carbon" goals on the industry, ZOZEN Boiler achieved good results on the whole. However, in order to make a breakthrough in development, we must unswervingly push forward the standardization work and propose solutions.

Facing the year of 2022, Mr. Zhang Guoping firmly grasped the forward direction of enterprise development and formulated five major work objectives for the new year.

Firstly, promote the standardization work, improve the standardization process from information acquisition to after-sales service, and complete the construction of the database; Second, the full-scale online operation of informatization is of great significance to the development of enterprises, and it is an effective means of standardized implementation; Third, ZOZEN Boiler should also establish a scientific salary management system that is conducive to the development of personnel and arouse the enthusiasm of all employees, and implement the salary structure system; Fourth, improve performance management, promote the performance of departments and individuals, and set work targets according to the company's overall goals; Fifth, attach importance to the system construction, and prepare the work outline with the ZOZEN work regulations as the carrier.

At the end of the assembly, the company also commended and rewarded 5 advanced collective representatives, 13 outstanding individuals and 2 special award winners in 2021.
