Using exhibitions as a window, ZOZEN Boiler has deeply integrated into Pakistan’s textile ecosystem. In March 2024, ZOZEN appeared at Textile Asia in Karachi, presenting the core advantages of its biomass boilers to over 320 exhibitors from 28 countries and tens of thousands of visitors. At the 2025 textile exhibition, the 10–40 t three-drum biomass boilers again became the focus for their “low operating cost and strong fuel adaptability.” This series delivers 10% higher thermal efficiency than traditional equipment and reduces fuel costs by 30%–40% compared with gas boilers, aligning with the sector’s dual pursuit of cost reduction and environmental protection.

Technology breakthroughs: Reciprocating grate at the core to safeguard the entire production process

Textile processes like dyeing, drying, and sizing demand highly stable steam. ZOZEN’s reciprocating grate technology addresses this challenge. By using the reciprocating motion of the grate to turn over the fuel and break the clinker crust, coupled with multi-stage hydraulic segmented control, the fuel burnout rate is significantly improved and unburned carbon in ash is greatly reduced.

In the Kohinoor Mills project, a 20 t DZW series reciprocating grate biomass boiler demonstrated strong fuel flexibility—capable of burning locally common fuels like palm shells as well as recycled materials such as construction formwork—saving substantial fuel costs for a company that produces over 100 million meters of fabric annually. At Lucky Textile Mills, a 25 t biomass boiler adopted a densely arranged water-cooled wall design to increase radiant area and, with a customized system, achieved over 88% thermal efficiency. Its intelligent control system automated fuel feeding and ash discharge, markedly improving operational efficiency.

To meet continuous production needs, ZOZEN innovated with a three-drum structure and shockwave soot blowers to enable online cleaning without shutdown. By increasing the furnace height by 1–3 meters, the heat transfer area expands to boost efficiency, while operating below ash fusion temperatures avoids slagging. A 15 t three-drum boiler at Soorty Enterprises leveraged this design to ensure stable steam for denim dyeing and finishing, earning high customer recognition.
