Mr. Zhang specifically mentioned the cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Professor Luo Yonghao from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, jointly developing biomass boiler technology, focusing on solving pain points in the biomass combustion process, such as coking, smoking, and ash accumulation, while significantly improving boiler operation efficiency and greatly reducing nitrogen oxide emissions. In addition, ZOZEN Boiler's advanced technology processes, including plasma cutting machines, automatic drum welding, and automatic pipe bending machines, further ensure high precision and stability in biomass boiler production.

The combustion characteristics and potential problems of herbaceous and woody biomass pellets have always been a focus of the industry. Faced with pain points such as black smoke, ash accumulation, and nitrogen oxide emissions during biomass combustion, ZOZEN Boiler has provided a series of solutions:

Black smoke issue: The boiler's performance is key to determining whether black smoke is produced. ZOZEN Boiler ensures complete fuel combustion through advanced design and combustion technology, effectively reducing the production of black smoke. The boiler has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency, ensuring stable and efficient combustion.

Ash accumulation issue: Due to the light nature of biomass ash, it not only adsorbs on the convection tubes but also accumulates on the upper part of the down drum, causing low boiler operation efficiency and insufficient output. On the one hand, ZOZEN Boiler has changed the internal structure of the boiler, and on the other hand, it has adopted shock wave ash removal devices to thoroughly remove ash, thereby improving the boiler's thermal efficiency and extending the maintenance cycle of the boiler equipment.

Nitrogen oxide emissions: Herbaceous and woody particles have different emission characteristics. ZOZEN Boiler, in cooperation with Professor Luo Yonghao, has developed ultra-low nitrogen emission technology to effectively control the generation of nitrogen oxides during biomass combustion.
