With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Agro Kush LLC was awarded the Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) in 2022. Its production process, from incubation to final product delivery, meets international standards, earning recognition from major global food brands and retail chains, and further expanding into international markets.

Technical Contribution of ZOZEN Boiler

Located in the heart of the Eurasian continent and at a key node of the "Belt and Road" initiative, Kyrgyzstan is an important region. In response to the "Belt and Road" initiative, ZOZEN Boiler has brought efficient and environmentally friendly boiler solutions to countries along the route. We have also established service institutions in countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan, providing comprehensive technical consultation and installation guidance services, which has also given ZOZEN Boiler a wide range of visibility.

After selecting suppliers globally, Agro Kush LLC chose ZOZEN Boiler as a partner and purchased 2 units of 4-ton DZW series coal-fired steam boilers and 1 unit of 4.2 MW SZW series coal-fired hot water boiler in 2023. In response to Kyrgyzstan's energy structure dominated by lignite, ZOZEN Boiler provided customized designs, including efficient reciprocating grate technology, to adapt to the characteristics of lignite's high moisture, low calorific value, and high ash content, achieving more efficient and environmentally friendly combustion, providing an ideal energy solution for Agro Kush LLC.

Three Sets of Boiler Systems on Site

At the Agro Kush LLC poultry farm, the three ZOZEN boiler systems play a core role. The DZW series steam boiler provides precise temperature control, ensuring a high success rate for egg incubation and maintaining the ideal temperature for poultry growth. The SZW series hot water boiler meets the needs for cleaning, disinfection, and hot water for poultry drinking, maintaining the hygiene of the farm and the health of the poultry. These boilers also provide key thermal energy for the production of finished chicken products, supporting disinfection equipment and food processing, ensuring smooth operation of the production line and high-standard product quality. With the technical support of ZOZEN Boiler, Agro Kush LLC has achieved dual improvements in efficient energy utilization and food safety.

Production Line Expansion and Energy Upgrade

To meet the growing production needs, Agro Kush LLC has added 2 units of 2.8MW DZL series coal-fired hot water boilers. The new equipment features high thermal efficiency, wide fuel applicability, automated operation, and easy installation, which not only improves production efficiency but also provides solid energy support for the continuous development of the poultry farm.
