ZOZEN's range of gas-fired boilers—WNS series steam boilers, SZS series steam boilers, and thermal oil heaters—have not only met the thermal energy demands of Southwest Oil and Gas Field in key processes such as natural gas processing, crude oil refining, and chemical product production, but also have driven breakthrough progress in various projects with their energy-saving and environmentally friendly features.

Technical Advantages and Project Applications

ZOZEN Boiler has provided customized gas-fired steam boiler solutions for the Dukou River, Suining, and Wanzhou projects of Southwest Oil and Gas Field. Over ten boilers were designed based on the actual situation of high-temperature condensate water recovery, which not only fully utilizes the heat of high-temperature condensate water but also reduces the energy consumption required to heat water to the desired temperature. At the same time, it speeds up the heating process and enhances the system's rapid response to load changes.

Secondly, the synergistic operation of the economizer and air preheater fully recovers the residual heat from boiler emissions; on the one hand, it is used to heat the feedwater, and on the other hand, it preheats the air required for combustion, thereby improving combustion efficiency and reducing energy waste. In addition, the application of ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology has effectively reduced pollutant emissions, setting a new environmental protection benchmark for the energy industry.

In the Dukou River and Suining projects, the SZS series gas-fired steam boilers were selected, featuring advanced membrane water wall and dual drum large furnace chamber design, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality steam. The 55-ton boiler in the Suining project has a split design that simplifies the transportation and installation process, improving the efficiency of project implementation. The WNS series boilers in the Wanzhou project further enhance heat transfer efficiency through a combination of corrugated furnace walls and threaded smoke tubes.

In the newly built project of Yanting Gas Field, not only were three gas-fired heat transfer oil boilers shipped in a skid-mounted configuration, but other supporting auxiliary equipment such as circulation pump groups and filter groups were also transported to the site in a skid-mounted manner, reducing the installation, construction, and other links between various equipment on the site, effectively shortening the on-site installation period and reducing carbon emissions. Through the use of automated control and low-nitrogen combustion technology, the boiler can achieve unattended operation and nitrogen oxide emissions below 30mg/Nm³, ensuring stable and safe operation and meeting strict environmental protection standards.

Lean Factories and Quality Control

ZOZEN Boiler's strict control over product quality originates from the construction of its lean factory and the implementation of information management. In the 150,000 square meter production base, from material cutting, welding to assembly, every production link has achieved standardized management of digitalization and automation.

SWOG dispatched a professional supervision team, who are stationed on the production site, strictly supervising and meticulously inspecting every link of boiler manufacturing, further ensuring that the product strictly follows the established high standards and quality requirements during the production process.
