During the process of technical exchange, ZOZEN Boiler identified the usage requirements for the new boiler room, and based on the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, equipped the customer with a 20-ton SZS series condensing gas boiler and a customized high-efficiency steam boiler system, achieving a 75% condensate water recovery rate. This system not only achieves an annual steam production of 86,400 tons, fully meeting the requirements for production heating, but also reduces boiler water and fuel consumption.

In gas steam boiler systems, condensate recovery has become one of the important measures for energy and water conservation. Saturated steam condenses into water after a series of heat exchanges, and this condensate still contains a large amount of thermal energy. The central boiler uses steam condensate as boiler feed water instead of most of the boiler soft water to achieve condensate recovery, thereby recovering this part of the thermal energy. The customer can recover and use 15 tons of 65℃ condensate per hour, raising the original boiler feed water temperature of 20℃ to 50℃.

On the one hand, condensate recovery from gas steam boilers can reduce water usage and lower water expenses. On the other hand, the condensate is treated soft water, which can be regarded as a high-quality thermal source for boiler feed water, while also reducing water treatment costs. In summary, by making full use of condensate, the central boiler not only improves the thermal efficiency of gas steam boilers, but also directly reduces various expenses for users, and lowers steam production costs.

In order to achieve energy-saving and consumption-reducing goals to the greatest extent, in addition to 75% condensate recovery, the central boiler has also added an air preheater before the economizer and condenser in the customer's gas steam boiler system. The air entering the boiler is preheated to a certain temperature, which not only increases the furnace temperature and further reduces fuel consumption, but also effectively reduces the exhaust gas temperature.
