Moreover, ZOZEN Boiler has many achievements in the Shaanxi region, and has received good market feedback. Finally, Shaanxi Gas Group decided to cooperate with Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler Co., Ltd.

ZOZEN Boiler has made significant strides in energy conservation and environmental protection through continued research and development. For the Shaanxi Gas Group project, ZOZEN provided an SZS series gas-fired steam boiler that features a water pipe boiler structure with improved heat transfer and safety performance. The boiler body adopts a full membrane structure, and an energy-saving device recovers high-temperature flue gas waste heat to improve thermal efficiency and create greater economic benefits for users. Additionally, ZOZEN has developed a condensing gas-fired steam boiler that boasts a thermal efficiency of over 98%, surpassing other products in the same category.

The construction and installation of the project began on October 25, 2022. Despite facing tight construction periods, multiple cross-trade operations, and other challenges, the company's project team organized and constructed the project with full effort to ensure timely completion.

On November 27, 2022, during the boiler ignition ceremony, the company's leadership visited and inspected the new boiler room and praised the team's achievements. The effects of the boiler transformation were significant, as the new boiler room has a small footprint, orderly system layout, and most importantly, no smoke problems during boiler combustion, which has greatly improved the working environment.

Once the project is operational, it is estimated that the annual steam supply will reach 270,000 tons, positively impacting environmental quality and promoting pollution reduction and haze control in the Xingping urban area.
