ZOZEN YQW Series Thermal Fluid Heaters Participate in the Construction of The Belt and Road Project

As one of the Belt and Road projects collaborated between China and Kazakhstan, Qingdao United Zhenye Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd carried out an in-depth cooperation with Kazakhstan on environmental protection technology of oil fields. ZOZEN provided stable and efficient thermal energy for the project. The first batch of YQW series thermal oil heaters and WNS gas-fired steam boilers has been delivered to Kazakhstan, which has expanded the brand influence of ZOZEN in Kazakhstan.

The project has outstanding advantages in reducing air pollution and oil production costs as well as increasing the oil fields output by using the environmental protection technologies, which has great significance for the long-term production of oil fields. Stable and efficient boilers have great impact on the progress of the project, therefore, Qingdao United Zhenye set higher requirements on the boiler suppliers.

As a leader of domestic industrial boiler manufacturers, ZOZEN has perfect production processes with blanking NC rate ≥80%. The steel tube cutting of YQW series thermal oil heaters adopts CNC three-dimensional laser cutting machine and the machining accuracy is controlled within 1 mm. In terms of the welding process, the butt welding of steel tubes adopts the automatic argon arc welding process, and the real-time X-ray imaging of the welding seams is performed to prevent unqualified ones from entering the next process. The production of round coil adopts CNC coil production line, which can be formed at one time without shaping. The National patented hydraulic shaping equipment, the 90 degree tilting hydrostatic test platforms, the 360 degree rotating high-accuracy assembling lines featuring hydraulic liftingsand excellent technicians ensure the manufacturing quality , and prolong the service life of the thermal oil heaters.

ZOZEN has advanced production technologis. It has also developed many kinds of energy-saving devices. The structure and operating principle of the thermal oil heater cause the tail exhaust temperature is around 300℃, resulting in huge waste of thermal energy. In order to reduce the thermal energy loss, ZOZEN adopts various energy-saving devices to recover the waste heat of high-temperature flue gas. The overall thermal efficiency of the heater is improved to above 95%, which is superior to the overall level of the industry.

The first batch of ZOZEN YQW series thermal oil heaters and WNS series gas-fired steam boilers has entered the installation stage. The boilers feature the packaged structure, once arrive at the construction site, they can be put into operation by just connecting to gas and electricity, which reduces a lot of infrastructure costs for the project. The remaining gas-fired boilers will be delivered in four batches. The both sides will achieve a win-win situation.
