ZOZEN has greatly improved the heat conduction of boilers through the innovation and improvement of the internal structure of corrugated furnaces and threaded smoke tubes as well as increasing the boiler thermal efficiency to over 98% by equipping energy--saving devices such as condensers, which has saved a lot of operating cost for users. ZOZEN continuously improves the comprehensive performance of chain grate boilers

With the advantages of technological innovations, ZOZEN stood out in the chain grate boiler market. Through the summary and analysis of many chain grate boiler projects, ZOZEN rationally designed and optimized the feeding hopper and the width and length of the grate, ensuring the sufficient output of boilers and combustion of the fuel.

ZOZEN also cooperated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to carry out technical research and development. After numerous combustion tests of rice husks, wood chips, palm shells and numerical simulations, the thermal efficiency of ZOZEN biomass-fired chain grate boilers reaches up to 88%. The thermal efficiency of the entire system is 5% higher than the similar boilers in the market. Special structure of the furnace arch is designed according to the combustion distribution in the furnace, with which NOx emissions can be as low as 100 mg/Nm³.
