ZOZEN successfully passed the fourth ASME certificate renewal review

Industrial boilers are special equipment that are widely used in production and life, but they have a certain dangerous nature. For this reason, countries around the world have set strict manufacturing standards to control the quality of boiler products from the source. In recent days, ZOZEN successfully passed the ASME joint review and renew the "U" and "S" Certification Mark Stamps.

In the industrial boiler industry, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) boiler standard is an internationally recognized authoritative boiler regulation. Obtaining the ASME certificate is also a strong proof that the management and technology of an enterprise have reached international standards.

In 2007, ZOZEN successfully obtained the ASME Certification Mark Stamps and ASME Certificate of Authorization. However, the ASME certificate is not permanent and it is valid for 3 years. So far, ZOZEN has successfully passed the ASME certificate renewal review for three times. This year was ZOZEN's fourth time of renewal review.

On August 15, the ASME joint review team visited ZOZEN. On that morning, the review team conducted a review of the quality assurance manual and summarized opinions. That afternoon in the meeting room of ZOZEN, the review team and ZOZEN group conducted a forensic meeting. The relevant responsible personnel carefully reported the quality control system to the review team and answered the questions raised by the review team.

Afterwards, under the leadership of the relevant person of ZOZEN, the ASME joint review team visited the production workshops to inspect the digitized, modelized and specialized production and operation status of ZOZEN, including the production sites such as cutting, welding and non-destructive testing.

The two-day joint review process officially ended on the afternoon of the 16th. After a series of reviews, the review team unanimously agreed that ZOZEN had the capability of manufacturing and installing pressure vessels and power boilers, and the quality system operation met the requirements of ASME regulations. The review team had submitted the report to ASME headquarters for approval. The certificates will be issued in 1-2 months.

The 2019 of ZOZEN is destined to be busy. First is the first supervision and audit of IS09001, IS014001 and GB/T28001, second is the A-class boiler manufacturing license renewal audit, close followed by ASME certificate renewal review.
