It was going to be delivered to PT. New Hope Indonesia, located in Central Java, Indonesia.

After numerous inspections and investigations, the project leader of New Hope Group was satisfied with ZOZEN in all aspects. ZOZEN sales manager recommended DZL series coal-fired steam boiler after communication. This series boiler adopts horizontal single-drum structure. The features of compact structure and simple installation saved a lot of capital construction investment for New Hope Group.

In order to deliver the boiler in time, the departments of ZOZEN worked together to ensure the manufacturing progress. It is worth mentioning that ZOZEN takes the lead in adopting arched tube plates and threaded smoke tubes to increase heat conduction. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded smoke tubes is 1.8 times higher than ordinary tubes.

In terms of welding technology, ZOZEN adopts advanced automatic submerged arc welding technology for longitudinal seam welding and circular seam welding and carries 100% RT on welding seams to ensure welding quality. ZOZEN adopts the pre expansion of smoke tubes and tube plates to eliminate the gap between them, and then adopts argon arc automatic welding to effectively eliminate the stress and prolong the service life of the boiler.

With thermal efficiency over 82% and NOx emissions less than 100mg/Nm³, ZOZEN DZL series boilers have realized the high efficiency and low emissions goals through the application of patent technologies. It has greatly improved the combustion efficiency and also reduced operating costs and pollution emissions.
