ZOZEN attaches importance to talent team construction and implements regular training activities

ZOZEN guides and cultivates different kinds of talents according to their different characteristics and laws of growth. In late July, ZOZEN Boiler launched a three-day job training program for new graduates, which was held by the vice general manager and boiler designer, Zhu Qiuping. As a senior boiler engineer, vice general manager Zhu has more than 30 years of experience in boiler design, especially in designing large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler and gas-fired boiler. He is now the head in charge of ZOZEN Boiler's R&D and design department and is one of the representative persons of ZOZEN Boiler's "soft power".
