For further improvement of products safety performance, ZOZEN strictly carries out the
hydraulic pressure and air pressure test on each boiler before delivery, which are also important parts for customers on-site inspection and acceptance. The air pressure test for boilers is a test to check the tightness of the furnace wall after the hydraulic pressure test. The air pressure test for boilers is a test to check the tightness of the furnace wall after the hydraulic pressure test. The pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the technical documents. If there is no provision, the test shall be performed at a 0.5kPa positive pressure higher than the furnace working pressure. The main purpose of the air pressure test is to check the tightness of the furnace, reduce air leakage during operation, improve the surrounding environment, and increase the economic efficiency of boiler operation. The air pressure test method is to inject air into the equipment through an air compressor to increase the internal static pressure and maintain it at 3.5kPa. Then spray or brush soap water on the flange, long welds and other parts on the boiler to check the air leakage on every joint part and welding seam. If there is no bubbles on the joint surface and welding seam, the boiler is quailed from the air pressure test.
