ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired and oil-fired steam boiler has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving. This series of boiler adopts double drum with full membrane structure. The SZS series boiler adopts flue gas backflip technology, with the economizer and condenser to improve the thermal efficiency to 98% and above.
ZOZEN Boiler provided several sets of gas-fired steam boilers to the distributed energy resource park in Jiangsu Province, China. This industrial park used steam boilers for power generation and heating supply for the auto tyre producer. Therefore, ZOZEN Boiler customized several sets of boilers with different parameters to this project.
In 2020, ZOZEN Boiler successfully supplied boilers in Venezuela, Thailand, Afghanistan, Karachi, Zimbabwe and many other countries. Especially in Afghanistan, ZOZEN provided one set of SZL series coal-fired steam boiler for Baheer Group, providing heat source for the paper production line. It successfully passed the environmental protection inspection organized by Afghan government, which had been proved to meet the local environmental protection standards due to the high combustion efficiency and super-clean flue gas emissions.
ZOZEN will test the leak-proof air pressure of every set of SZS series boiler before delivery. Poor tightness will lead to the leakage of gas fuel, which will not only affect the safe operation of boiler, but also increase the heat loss. The leak-proof air pressure test can secure the tightness of each SZS series gas boiler.
The packaged structure is another characteristic of ZOZEN boiler. After the gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater is delivered to the project site, it can be put into use only by connecting the gas/oil, electricity, which can save a lot of installation costs. What's more, the boiler has the patented equipment to completely remove the moisture from the thermal oil heater after the hydraulic pressure test and reduce the oil dewatering time. Take the 6 million kcal as an example, it usually takes 10 days for oil dewatering while ZOZEN only needs 2 days, which reduces the 80% time for dewatering and directly save the costs for about 30,000 RMB.
