Because of production needs, Sinopharm Co., Ltd. has purchased two 10-ton WNS series condensing gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN boiler and put them into production after installation and commissioning. This set of condensing gas-fired steam boiler can not only generate high-temperature saturated steam in the pharmaceutical process, but also can adjust the multi-range according to the demand for steam to meet the needs of different steam volumes in the pharmaceutical process.
Jinxinnong signed an investment cooperation agreement with the government of Jiujiang District of Wuhu City to build an annual output of 500,000tons of green and pollution-free pig feed in Wuhu, Anhui Province. The produce of feed for this project requires heating of the steam generated by the boiler. Jin Xinnong, through recommendations of the industry, ordered a 4-ton WNS condensing gas-fired boiler at ZOZEN. The technicians of ZOZEN boiler proposed a new WNS series boiler with additional condensers at the end of the feed heating process accompanied by a large amount of waste heat. The waste heat from the flue gas at the end of the boiler can be used to increase the boiler inlet temperature, reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas and increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler, save operating costs for the company.
