Jinxinnong signed an investment cooperation agreement with the government of Jiujiang District of Wuhu City to build an annual output of 500,000tons of green and pollution-free pig feed in Wuhu, Anhui Province. The produce of feed for this project requires heating of the steam generated by the boiler. Jin Xinnong, through recommendations of the industry, ordered a 4-ton WNS condensing gas-fired boiler at ZOZEN. The technicians of ZOZEN boiler proposed a new WNS series boiler with additional condensers at the end of the feed heating process accompanied by a large amount of waste heat. The waste heat from the flue gas at the end of the boiler can be used to increase the boiler inlet temperature, reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas and increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler, save operating costs for the company.
