In 2020, ZOZEN Boiler successfully supplied boilers in Venezuela, Thailand, Afghanistan, Karachi, Zimbabwe and many other countries. Especially in Afghanistan, ZOZEN provided one set of SZL series coal-fired steam boiler for Baheer Group, providing heat source for the paper production line. It successfully passed the environmental protection inspection organized by Afghan government, which had been proved to meet the local environmental protection standards due to the high combustion efficiency and super-clean flue gas emissions.
ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler has the characteristics of sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. To ensure the sufficient combustion of fuel and save the fuel costs, ZOZEN analyzes the characteristics of different fuels, and optimizes the feeding hopper, width and length of grate, grate rotating speed, secondary air inlet place and direction. ZOZEN also adopts the design of separate air chambers and air dampers to ensure the complete combustion of different biomass fuels and improve the boiler thermal efficiency to above 88%.
WNS series gas-fired or oil-fired hot water boiler is smoke-fire tube chamber combustion boiler and adopts two-pass or three-pass structure. It also adopts large-diameter waveform stove furnace with good thermal expansion and safety performance. There are condenser and economizer added at the end of flue gas duct which can improve the thermal efficiency to more than 95% and save boiler's operation costs.
This SZL series boiler is designed and developed by ZOZEN, which has the characteristics of wide adaptability of coal type, compact design and convenient installation. Benefiting from its outstanding performance advantages, this series of chain furnaces successfully won the favor of Agra Feed S.A.S. In order to improve the actual efficiency of the company, ZOZEN also customized a complete set of steam boiler system with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. Meanwhile, according to the environmental protection requirements of the region, ZOZEN also installed dust removal, desulfurization and denitration facilities to effectively reduce NOx emissions.
Thermal oil heater is a kind of new heat energy equipment with low pressure and high temperature, playing an important role in various industries. The thermal oil heater has wide adaptability of fuels, is suit for natural gas, coal gas, marsh gas, diesel, light oil, etc. The heat exchange surface adopts three-pass round coil tube structure, which features more sufficient heating surface. It is also equipped with an advanced burner to ensure the NOx emission below 30mg/m3. The waste heat boiler, air pre-heater and economizer are installed on the tails of the thermal oil heaters to effectively improve thermal efficiency, which can reach above 98%.
