In Sri Lanka, a set of ZOZEN 15 tph DZW series biomass-fired steam boiler was being installed and debugged. The user is a well-known local palm oil manufacturer, AEN PALM OIL PROCESSING (PVT) LTD. The boiler fuel is palm fiber. The boiler is a tri-drum boiler which has characteristics of no ash accumulation, high efficiency and good environmental protection performance. There is no need to stop the boiler for dust removal, which can make the boiler keep the normal operation for a long time. Meanwhile, considering the combustion characteristics of palm fiber, ZOZEN technicians also optimize the feeding hopper, furnace arch and air distribution device of the boiler to solve the coking problem caused by the fuel combustion.
The packaged structure is another characteristic of ZOZEN boiler. After the gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater is delivered to the project site, it can be put into use only by connecting the gas/oil, electricity, which can save a lot of installation costs. What's more, the boiler has the patented equipment to completely remove the moisture from the thermal oil heater after the hydraulic pressure test and reduce the oil dewatering time. Take the 6 million kcal as an example, it usually takes 10 days for oil dewatering while ZOZEN only needs 2 days, which reduces the 80% time for dewatering and directly save the costs for about 30,000 RMB.
This is ZOZEN thermal oil heater adopts the multi-circuit coil design with sufficient heating surface and good heat transfer effect which effectively protect the burner and furnace wall. The boiler adopts high-quality refractory and thermal insulation materials which can well reduce the heat loss based on the different refractory and thermal insulation structure for areas with different temperatures. In addition, based on the actual conditions, we also add the waste heat boiler, economizer, air pre-heater and other energy-saving equipment to make exhaust gas temperature to less than 90℃ and the thermal efficiency to reach over 95% and to help the enterprise reduce consumption and the costs.
