Continuing the 2020 industrial live streaming mode, ZOZEN Boiler has made the online visit normal. Recently, at the modern production base of Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler, technicians had connected with Finnish customers via the live streaming to show the whole process of the boiler hydrostatic test. Through the live streaming, ZOZEN not only showed the entire panorama of the hydrostatic test, but also showed the operating steps and pressure gauge values on the top of the boiler. The customers were very satisfied.
On the afternoon of January 4, 2021, ZOZEN annual and commendation conference was held at the production base located in Yixing, Jiangsu Province. More than 300 leaders and employees participated in the conference. ZOZEN general manager Zhang Guoping summarized the achievements of 2020, and put forward the new development direction and goals for 2021. This year is the quality management improvement year of ZOZEN Boiler. ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired and oil-fired boiler is equipped with the advanced condenser, which is a kind of flue gas waste heat exchanger whose working principle is the same as the economizer at the end of the coal-fired boiler. After a condenser is installed at the end of the boiler's flue gas duct, the high-temperature flue gas passes through the flue gas duct and the condenser at the same time, which can heat the water in the condenser, increase the feed water temperature and lower the exhaust gas temperature to achieve the goals of saving fuel and improving the thermal efficiency.
In the drum paring working area of ZOZEN Boiler, the steel plates finishing the rolling will accept the circular seam automatic welding here. After the polishing of welding seam, edge milling, chamfering and other pre-welding treatments, the floating rusts on the surface of steel plates are removed to avoid the generation of a large number of air holes in the welding seam, so as to ensure the welding quality.
The boiler is a kind of special equipment and the compressive strength of boiler can directly affect the boiler safety performance.
