ZOZEN SZS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler proper adopts the D-type structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface. After the gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater is delivered to the project site, it can be put into use only by connecting the gas/oil, electricity, which can save a lot of installation costs. What's more, the boiler has the patented equipment to completely remove the moisture from the thermal oil heater after the hydraulic pressure test and reduce the oil dewatering time. Take the 6 million kcal as an example, it usually takes 10 days for oil dewatering while ZOZEN only needs 2 days, which reduces the 80% time for dewatering and directly save the costs for about 30,000 RMB.
This is ZOZEN thermal oil heater adopts the multi-circuit coil design with sufficient heating surface and good heat transfer effect which effectively protect the burner and furnace wall. The boiler adopts high-quality refractory and thermal insulation materials which can well reduce the heat loss based on the different refractory and thermal insulation structure for areas with different temperatures.
