ZOZEN SZS series steam boiler is a kind of D-type chamber structure boiler with longitudinal double drums. ZOZEN 12 tph WNS series steam boiler is widely applied in the chemical, food, and other industries. The WNS series steam boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.
ZOZEN 15 tph SZS series steam boiler is widely applied in the printing and dyeing, nonferrous metals, chemical and other industries. The SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
YQW series thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure with larger inner coil design to ensure boiler's safe operation under high temperature. It is also equipped with advanced burner and control system. They realize the automatic and stable operation of thermal oil heater. There is waste heat recovery device as well to improve the thermal efficiency to 95% and above.
WNS series gas-fired or oil-fired hot water boiler is smoke-fire tube chamber combustion boiler and adopts two-pass or three-pass structure. It also adopts large-diameter waveform stove furnace with good thermal expansion and safety performance. There are condenser and economizer added at the end of flue gas duct which can improve the thermal efficiency to more than 95% and save boiler's operation costs.
