ZOZEN biomass thermal oil heater is a square coil horizontal chain grate assembled boiler, and the chain grate and the boiler body are separated to deliver. The boiler adopts chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, it is equipped with drum and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and slag extractor to realize mechanical slag discharging. During the operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate for combustion, and the high-temperature flue gas is reflected to the front of the furnace through the back arch and enters the furnace chamber. After radiant heat exchange by the radiant heating surface, it enters the convection heating surface for convection heat exchange, then leads to the waste heat boiler, then enters the air preheater, and finally enters the dust collector. After dust removal, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

The boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the body heat accepting part, and the lower assembled component is the combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler body is arranged with a water cooling wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace.
