On February 20, 2021, ZOZEN 2021 sales conference and 2020 commendation conference was successfully held at the production base in Yixing, Jiangsu Province. Four sales teams led by general manager Zhang, deputy general manager Chen, Lu, and Liu summarized their sales work in 2020 and put forward the sales targets in 2021. General manager Zhang made it clear that in 2021, ZOZEN would start with five aspects that are enterprise information management, quality management, service management, brand promotion, and team building to give full play to the marketing and ensure the product quality and service level at the same time, so the salesmen could concentrate on their work without worries. Finally, ZOZEN also awarded the advanced sales managers.
The tube end forming machine is a kind of processing and forming equipment used for tube expanding, necking and shrinking under normal conditions. It is widely used for the processing and forming of boiler stainless steel tubes. The boiler components with high processing precision are the quality assurance of boiler welding and assembly. ZOZEN introduced the advanced tube end processing equipment which adopted the PLC control system and hydraulic drive, which could complete the necking of stainless steel tube ends with high efficiency and safety. It was also wear-free and had good product repeatability.
The production of a set of high-quality industrial boiler includes many important processes such as blanking, forming, welding, flaw detection, hydrostatic test and so on. ZOZEN front-line workers performed their own duties and cooperated with each other to complete the boiler production and ensure the quality of each set of boiler at the same time.

The immersive foreign language training mode is a language training method with many years of practical experience and successful examples in the world. It refers to the fully enclosed language training in which the target language is used for teaching. As a learning-oriented team, ZOZEN E-commerce department used the immersive English training method. After many practices, it had effectively improved the English level of our staff to help them provide better boiler services for overseas customers.

On the afternoon of January 4, 2021, ZOZEN annual and commendation conference was held at the production base located in Yixing, Jiangsu Province. More than 300 leaders and employees participated in the conference. ZOZEN general manager Zhang Guoping summarized the achievements of 2020, and put forward the new development direction and goals for 2021. Meanwhile, ZOZEN also awarded the advanced individuals and teams on the conference.
