DZL series hot water boiler is horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler. It uses fuel like coal and biomass pellets. The thread smoke tubes inside the drum form the convention heating surface while the drum and two-side water-cooled wall form the furnace radiation heating surface. Its boiler structure is compact. It can be packaged before shipment which can reduce the costs of basic boiler construction. Therefore, it is a kind of popular heating equipment among hotels, schools and hospitals.
SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water tube steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting tube structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the boiler proper heat absorbing part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler proper is arranged a membrane wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection tubes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.
The body and the middle partition wall of ZOZEN DHL series corner tube hot water boiler adopt membrane water wall complete sealing structure, which greatly reduces the boiler heat loss and improves the boiler thermal efficiency. Meanwhile, the flag heating surface of this series of boilers is designed with patented technology of the same smoke velocity in variable cross-section, so that the flow velocity of the smoke in heated surface between the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone is uniform, reducing the ash accumulation and increasing the heat transfer co-efficiency. In addition, the water circulation structure of DHL series coal-fired boilers is identified the first domestic product in China due to its reliability and advancement.
