Meanwhile, considering the combustion characteristics of palm fiber, ZOZEN technicians also optimize the feeding hopper, furnace arch and air distribution device of the boiler to solve the coking problem caused by the fuel combustion.
ZOZEN 35 tph SZS series steam boiler is widely applied in the food, heating and other industries. The SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
ZOZEN 10 tph SZL series steam boiler is widely applied in the nonferrous metals, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing and other industries. The SZL series coal-fired/biomass-fired steam boiler is packaged or shop-assembled boiler with double drums and a chain grate stoker structure. The 4-6 tph boiler is a packaged structure and the 6-35 tph boiler is a shop-assembled structure. It is composed of 2 parts. The upper part is heat absorbing surface and the lower part is combustion equipment.
The boiler body of WNS series boilers adopts wet-back structure. The combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure of the boiler are automatically adjusted and protected, which can realize fully automatical operation to ensure safety and reliability. SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water tube steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting tube structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the boiler proper heat absorbing part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler proper is arranged a membrane wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection tubes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.
