ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is package or shop-assembled water tube boiler with double steam drum and chain grate stoker structure. To ensure the sufficient combustion of fuel and save the fuel costs, ZOZEN analyzes the characteristics of different fuels, and optimizes the feeding hopper, width and length of grate, grate rotating speed, secondary air inlet place and direction. ZOZEN also adopts the design of separate air chambers and air dampers to ensure the complete combustion of different biomass fuels and improve the boiler thermal efficiency to above 88%.
ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler can be fired by various kinds of fuel including biomass particles, wood chips, palm shells, straws and so on. The boiler body is composed of the chain grate and boiler proper with a packaged or pre-assembled structure. It is convenient for installation, so it can reduce the basic construction costs for customers. At the same time, in order to meet the boiler emission standards in different areas, ZOZEN Boiler can design the cyclone, wet scrubber and bag-type dust removal devices to lower the NOx emission to 200mg/m3.

The SZL series coal-fired/biomass-fired steam boiler is packaged or shop-assembled boiler with double drums and a chain grate stoker structure. The 4-6 tph boiler is a packaged structure and the 6-35 tph boiler is a shop-assembled structure. It is composed of 2 parts. The upper part is heat absorbing surface and the lower part is combustion equipment.
