ZOZEN longitudinal seam welding adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure welding quality. After the pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN uses automatic argon arc welding technology to complete the butt welding of steel pipes, and performs X-ray real-time imaging of the welds to prevent unqualified welds from entering the next production process. The advanced automatic welding machine completes the automatic welding of the longitudinal seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality.
The skid mounted steam boiler is to place all the equipment such as the boiler proper, economizers, burners, valve instruments, electric control cabinet, water treatment, economizer circulating pumps, feeding pumps, deaerators on one or two skids to form an integral movable boiler system. All the pipes and valves on the skid have been installed, furthermore, the connecting pipes between the skids have also been installed in the factory, which can save plenty of costs for clients.
