ZOZEN WNS series boiler uses advanced low-nitrogen combustion technology, which can realize ultra-low emission of NOx, and make the NOx content in exhaust less than 30mg/Nm³. The WNS series oil-fired boiler adopts corrugated furnace design and high-efficiency heating element threaded smoke tube, which improves the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler.
ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired and oil-fired steam boiler has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving. This series of boiler adopts double drum with full membrane structure. WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.
ZOZEN Boiler provided several sets of gas-fired steam boilers to the distributed energy resource park in Jiangsu Province, China. This industrial park used steam boilers for power generation and heating supply for the auto tyre producer. ZOZEN will test the leak-proof air pressure of every set of SZS series boiler before delivery. Poor tightness will lead to the leakage of gas fuel, which will not only affect the safe operation of boiler, but also increase the heat loss. The leak-proof air pressure test can secure the tightness of each SZS series gas boiler.
The 3 sets of 29 MW gas-fired hot water boilers serving for Jin-an Thermal Power in Tianjin were installed in 2015. The boiler is a common type for central heating which adopts the full membrane wall structure and a D-type layout. It has the characteristics of micro-positive pressure combustion, no air leakage, low heat loss caused by exhaust gas and high thermal efficiency. During the boiler manufacturing process, ZOZEN Boiler emphasizes that the welding of each baffle must be tight, and the height of welding leg should meet the requirements specified on the design drawing to ensure the leakproofness of the boiler. In addition, ZOZEN Boiler also sets strict welding standards for detailed parts including the door opening and kiln eye to prevent the high-temperature flue gas from leaking.
ZOZEN SZS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler proper adopts the D-type structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface. The partition walls around the furnace body, the partition wall between furnace and convection section, and the front and rear walls all adopt the membrane wall structure. There are foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, safety and efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and fully automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.
