While achieving good operating results, it also insists on advocating the concept of green environmental protection, solidly promoting environmental protection work, and increasing investment in environmental protection. Since the second half of 2016, the production base of Shehong has opened a new round of environmental upgrading. The Zozen Boiler also began its fateful journey with Tianqi Lithium. “Economic benefits never exceed the environment, health and safety” is the common development concept of Zozen boiler and Tianqi Lithium. Therefore, choosing a boiler with high energy-saving and environmental-friendly efficiency is our common desire. Based on this, Zozen Boiler recommended 25 tons of SZS25 condensing gas-fired boiler to Tianqi Lithium and made the design scheme of auxiliary boiler for this project to Tianqi Lithium Industry.

In 2015, the principal of Anhui Cable purchased a 4-ton SZS Condensing Gas Fired Boiler in Zozen Boiler to provide steam for rubber vulcanization. The steam temperature was required to be between 140-180℃. After vulcanization, the natural cooling was performed, opened the valve, the steam condensate in the pipeline will go directly into the cooling pool. After steam cooling, fresh water can be added to the processed of drawing, annealing, ,water sealing, extruding, extruding rubber, mixed rubber, desulfurization and dust removal, which saves a lot of production water for
