Serpentine pipes are convection heating surfaces used in boiler economizer, superheater and reheater. As a large boiler manufacturer in China, ZOZEN Boiler has industrial leading production technology and equipment. We have built an automatic serpentine pipe production line from welding to bending. In this automatic production line, automatic argon arc welding technology is adopted for the welding of serpentine pipes, and X real-time imaging is carried out on the welds to prevent unqualified welds from entering the bending process. The welded pipe is conveyed to the serpentine pipe bender through the pipe conveying device, and the pipe bending operation is carried out according to the set size.

Recently, at the modern production base of Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler, technicians had connected with Finnish customers via the live streaming to show the whole process of the boiler hydrostatic test. Through the live streaming, ZOZEN not only showed the entire panorama of the hydrostatic test, but also showed the operating steps and pressure gauge values on the top of the boiler. The customers were very satisfied.
The chain grate boiler is a grated fired boiler with a high degree of mechanization, the chain grate is the combustion equipment. The working principle is to drive the chain grate to rotate by the reducer, so that the solid fuel can be fired from the front to the end of the boiler, and the combustion efficiency is greatly improved compared with the fixed grate. When the chain is turned to the bottom, the air cooling lower the temperature, which can protect the grates from burning loss.
Thermal oil heater is a kind of new heat energy equipment with low pressure and high temperature, playing an important role in various industries. The thermal oil heater has wide adaptability of fuels, is suit for natural gas, coal gas, marsh gas, diesel, light oil, etc. The heat exchange surface adopts three-pass round coil tube structure, which features more sufficient heating surface. It is also equipped with an advanced burner to ensure the NOx emission below 30mg/m3. The waste heat boiler, air pre-heater and economizer are installed on the tails of the thermal oil heaters to effectively improve thermal efficiency, which can reach above 98%.
