According to different functions, ZOZEN Boiler modern manufacturing base is divided into more than ten workshops, such as membrane wall workshop, gas-fired boiler workshop and metalworking workshop, among which metalworking workshop is mainly responsible for the reprocessing of boiler parts. In the metalworking workshop, front-line workers process raw materials into standard parts, which will become an indispensable part of boilers.

ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired and gas-fired boiler is designed with large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube, which makes the heat transfer of the boiler more efficient. With the condenser and economizer installed, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach over 98%, which is well received by the market.
ZOZEN Boiler has designed a technical scheme for the project, including 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers and 1 set of WNS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler, of which two medium-temperature and medium-pressure SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with steam turbine for power generation.

The ZOZEN 4 tph WNS series gas-fired steam boiler adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace, which increases the heat transfer surface, reduces the thermal stress and improves the boiler safety. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the heat loss due to exhaust gas and operating costs, ZOZEN also installs the energy-saving equipment at the end of the flue gas duct to ensure boiler's thermal efficiency reaches 98% and above. What's more, WNS series boilers also have the characteristics of fully automatic intelligent control and easy operation to ensure boiler's long-term, safe and stable operation, so they are well received by users at home and abroad.
ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired and oil-fired boiler is equipped with the advanced condenser, which is a kind of flue gas waste heat exchanger whose working principle is the same as the economizer at the end of the coal-fired boiler. After a condenser is installed at the end of the boiler's flue gas duct, the high-temperature flue gas passes through the flue gas duct and the condenser at the same time, which can heat the water in the condenser, increase the feed water temperature and lower the exhaust gas temperature to achieve the goals of saving fuel and improving the thermal efficiency.
