In order to strengthen the quality improvement awareness of employees at the production lines and comprehensively improve the product quality, ZOZEN basic design department decided to conduct the knowledge training for the production department based on the basic product knowledge and different types of product manufacturing technology. ZOZEN develops the convention tube bundles assembly stand which can be turned over at any angle to make the welding worker is always at the appropriate welding angle. It can reduce the welding work difficulty, help the assembling of convention tube bundles and further ensure the quality of welding seams.
In the drum paring working area of ZOZEN Boiler, the steel plates finishing the rolling will accept the circular seam automatic welding here. After the polishing of welding seam, edge milling, chamfering and other pre-welding treatments, the floating rusts on the surface of steel plates are removed to avoid the generation of a large number of air holes in the welding seam, so as to ensure the welding quality.
The boiler is a kind of special equipment and the compressive strength of boiler can directly affect the boiler safety performance. ZOZEN Boiler insists on putting quality in the first place to conduct the strict strength re-inspection on the boiler manufacturing materials newly purchased in order to ensure the compressive strength of boiler fundamentally and escort the safe operation of boiler.

ZOZEN DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler adopts the single-drum longitudinal layout and chain grate stratified combustion method. ZOZEN technicians has optimized the design of the feed hopper, grate width and length, speed of grate reducer and position of secondary air outlet by analyzing the different fuel characteristics and practical use requirements of customers to ensure the sufficient combustion of biomass pellets and improve the combustion efficiency. Meanwhile, DZL series biomass fired steam boiler adopts the thread smoke tubes developed by ZOZEN to strengthen the heat transfer and improve the thermal efficiency. The heat transfer coefficient of thread smoke tube is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke tube and the thermal efficiency of boiler is over 88%, which can fully meet the daily production demands of enterprises.
