This series of boilers has wide coal adaptability, the boiler water circulation adopts all-natural circulation, and each heating surface has relatively independent down comers to supply water, ensuring the safety of the overall water circulation. The large furnace design can extend the residence time of the flue gas in the furnace to make the full combustion of the fly ash and combustible gas. In addition, the flag pattern heating surface absorbs the temperature of the flue gas to a large extent, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
Thermal oil heater is a kind of new heat energy equipment with low pressure and high temperature, playing an important role in various industries. The thermal oil heater has wide adaptability of fuels, is suit for natural gas, coal gas, marsh gas, diesel, light oil, etc. The heat exchange surface adopts three-pass round coil tube structure, which features more sufficient heating surface. It is also equipped with an advanced burner to ensure the NOx emission below 30mg/m3. The waste heat boiler, air pre-heater and economizer are installed on the tails of the thermal oil heaters to effectively improve thermal efficiency, which can reach above 98%.
Wood processing is molding the wood under the action of a mould after being softened, bending the curve shape that the design requires, the following procedure is drying and shaping. In this case, wood cannot be heated and shaped by fire, therefore, heating and softening the wood by steam has been the only choice.
