In this automatic production line, automatic argon arc welding technology is adopted for the welding of serpentine pipes, and X real-time imaging is carried out on the welds to prevent unqualified welds from entering the bending process. The welded pipe is conveyed to the serpentine pipe bender through the pipe conveying device, and the pipe bending operation is carried out according to the set size.
The advanced CNC plated rolling machine introduced by ZOZEN Boiler can finish the rolling in one time. This machine is used to roll the steel plate into a circle. Also, the vertical lathes is used to process the groove of boiler drum head to ensure a smooth transition.
The automatic pressing production line for the threaded smoke tube, which can not only adjust the pitch and depth of threads according to the drawing requirements, but also automatically polish and remove rust on both ends.
