Take the 6 million kcal as an example, it usually takes 10 days for oil dewatering while ZOZEN only needs 2 days, which reduces the 80% time for dewatering and directly save the costs for about 30,000 RMB.
This is ZOZEN thermal oil heater adopts the multi-circuit coil design with sufficient heating surface and good heat transfer effect which effectively protect the burner and furnace wall. The boiler adopts high-quality refractory and thermal insulation materials which can well reduce the heat loss based on the different refractory and thermal insulation structure for areas with different temperatures. In addition, based on the actual conditions, we also add the waste heat boiler, economizer, air pre-heater and other energy-saving equipment to make exhaust gas temperature to less than 90℃ and the thermal efficiency to reach over 95% and to help the enterprise reduce consumption and the costs.
The new generation of SZL series boiler is cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University. It increases the furnace height, increases rotating speed, adds ash blowing device and designs ash removal system at the bottom of the grate.
