ZOZEN 12 tph WNS series steam boiler is widely applied in the chemical, food, and other industries. The WNS series steam boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.
ZOZEN 15 tph SZS series steam boiler is widely applied in the printing and dyeing, nonferrous metals, chemical and other industries. The SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

According to Hebei Yigao Bioenergy’s requirement of using biomass straws as fuel, ZOZEN Boiler reasonably designed the furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace heating surface of SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler by cooperating with Shanghai Jiaotong University to ensure the combustion efficiency and rated evaporation capacity of boiler.
Recently, ZOZEN took a field trip at the project location of the WNS boiler. The ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boilers are horizontal wetback fire-tube boilers which have reasonable internal structure. An advanced low NOx burner is equipped with the boiler to reduce the NOx emission to less than 30mg/Nm3. At the same time, the burner can realize automatic air adjustment, which can ensure the sufficient fuel combustion.
Bolivia is the highest average altitude country in the world, local Bolivian companies have higher requirements for boilers than general boilers. As the altitude increases, the atmospheric pressure and the air density decrease accordingly, which adversely affects boiler combustion.
In view of this situation, ZOZEN technical team makes adjustments from the combustion system and exhaust system of boiler, fully considering the influence of low air pressure on boiler body design and combustion. By appropriately increasing the volume of the furnace to extend the residence time of the fuel in the furnace, and the problems of slow fuel burning speed and long burning time are solved.
