At the 150,000-square-meter production base of ZOZEN Boiler, ZOZEN foreign trade sales manager was conducting live broadcast with Thailand's customers. Through the mobile phone network, ZOZEN showed the CNC blanking, CNC plate rolling, longitudinal and circumferential welding production lines to Thailand’s customers. In the blanking workshop, ZOZEN CNC vertical lathe was beveling the boiler drum heads with high processing precision, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and overall processing level of boilers.

Recently, at the modern production base of Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler, technicians had connected with Finnish customers via the live streaming to show the whole process of the boiler hydrostatic test. Through the live streaming, ZOZEN not only showed the entire panorama of the hydrostatic test, but also showed the operating steps and pressure gauge values on the top of the boiler. The customers were very satisfied.

ZOZEN DZL series packaged boiler is horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler with a wide fuel adaptability to biomass particles, bituminous coal, meagre coal and anthracite. The boiler proper is a longitudinal single drum. The threaded smoke tubes in the drum form the convention heating surface. The drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate. The boiler is reasonably arranged with primary air and secondary air, and is equipped with economizer and dust collector at the boiler end to control the NOx emission concentration below 200mg/m3. Meanwhile, the boiler realizes the stepless speed regulation of the grate via the electric control. There are also the absolute rating alarm and interlocking protection functions to make the boiler safer.
