The heating and dissolving, machine shaping, black slurry concentration and squeeze drying of the chemicals in the pulping process all require heat sources, so the boiler is the main driving force for the production of the paper mill.
In recent years, Jinxi Petrochemical has accelerated its pace of development and is in urgent need of introducing a high-efficient and energy-saving boiler system. Regarding the actual production needs of Jinxi Petrochemical, ZOZEN recommended the safe and efficient SHL series field assembled water tube steam boiler and tailored the boiler system technical solution. This series of boilers has wide coal adaptability, the boiler water circulation adopts all-natural circulation, and each heating surface has relatively independent down comers to supply water, ensuring the safety of the overall water circulation. The large furnace design can extend the residence time of the flue gas in the furnace to make the full combustion of the fly ash and combustible gas. In addition, the flag pattern heating surface absorbs the temperature of the flue gas to a large extent, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
Wood processing is molding the wood under the action of a mould after being softened, bending the curve shape that the design requires, the following procedure is drying and shaping. In this case, wood cannot be heated and shaped by fire, therefore, heating and softening the wood by steam has been the only choice.
The new generation biomass-fired boiler, which is designed and developed by ZOZEN, has optimized the design of the feeding hopper, the length and width of the fire grate, rotary speed of gearbox, 1st and 2nd air ratio, vapor orientation and position, etc; these methods not only take the lead in solving the above problems, but also ensure the full combustion and the thermal efficiency can reach up to 88%; in addition, ZOZEN biomass-fired boiler adopts appropriate heat resisting grate bars, which effectively improve the reliability of the boiler and ensure the stable running of the boiler for a long time.
