In response to the situation, ZOZEN applied live broadcast to the industrial area and started the new industrial live broadcast mode.

The CNC plate rolling machine can complete the rolling of a drum in 1 minute and 30 seconds. The roundness and angular deviation are accurately controlled within 1mm.
ZOZEN longitudinal seam welding adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure welding quality. After the pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN uses automatic argon arc welding technology to complete the butt welding of steel pipes, and performs X-ray real-time imaging of the welds to prevent unqualified welds from entering the next production process. The advanced automatic welding machine completes the automatic welding of the longitudinal seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality.
The skid mounted steam boiler is to place all the equipment such as the boiler proper, economizers, burners, valve instruments, electric control cabinet, water treatment, economizer circulating pumps, feeding pumps, deaerators on one or two skids to form an integral movable boiler system. All the pipes and valves on the skid have been installed, furthermore, the connecting pipes between the skids have also been installed in the factory, which can save plenty of costs for clients. This kind of boiler is especially suitable for the food industry, the chemical industry, the textile industry, the medicine industry, the rubber industry, the building materials industry and so on.

The heating and dissolving, machine shaping, black slurry concentration and squeeze drying of the chemicals in the pulping process all require heat sources, so the boiler is the main driving force for the production of the paper mill.
A boiler hydrostatic test is a way in which pressure vessels such as pipelines, plumbing, gas cylinders, boilers and fuel tanks can be tested for strength and leaks. The main purpose of the hydrostatic test is to identify the tightness and compressive strength of the pressure components of the boiler, including but not limited to welding lines, flange joints and tube expansion joints, and visually observe the deformation of the pressure components. Practice has proved that the boiler hydrostatic test can detect defects in boilers, and the corresponding measures can be taken accordingly. Therefore, it is an important step and means to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
