The boiler is a common type for central heating which adopts the full membrane wall structure and a D-type layout. It has the characteristics of micro-positive pressure combustion, no air leakage, low heat loss caused by exhaust gas and high thermal efficiency. The packaged structure is another characteristic of ZOZEN boiler. After the gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater is delivered to the project site, it can be put into use only by connecting the gas/oil, electricity, which can save a lot of installation costs. What's more, the boiler has the patented equipment to completely remove the moisture from the thermal oil heater after the hydraulic pressure test and reduce the oil dewatering time. Take the 6 million kcal as an example, it usually takes 10 days for oil dewatering while ZOZEN only needs 2 days, which reduces the 80% time for dewatering and directly save the costs for about 30,000 RMB.
