Establishing a boiler water treatment plan will provide you with real-time feedback of your boiler system so you can get ahead of any issues that might occur as a result of poor water quality. We broke down the boiler water treatment process into three simple steps that you can incorporate into your preventative maintenance practices.
When they reach a certain size, industrial steam boilers are installed in a boiler room which is necessary to ensure safety while they are operating as pressure equipment, in accordance with local regulations.
If the impurities in the boiler feedwater are not dealt with properly, carryover of boiler water into the steam system can occur. This may lead to problems elsewhere in the steam system, such as:
Not inspecting it often enough can lead to minor issues being missed, which can lead to major issues later and possibly injury.
Not checking a boiler system could have catastrophic results in the form of a boiler explosion. Fuel may explode due to unfound problems. The high temperatures generated by the boiler can also cause problems if the water level drops too low and the trip switch fails.
It could also say, how much heat is required to rais the water temperature from 60 ℃ to 90 ℃.
To calculate heat required follow below steps
Q= mCp dt
Where
m - water flow rate (kg/hr)
Cp- specific heat of water
dt- temperature differences ( 90–60)
You will get heat required in kcal/ hr.
dividing to Q by fuel GCV and system efficiency you will come to know how much fuel (either it is coal or oil) required to raise the temperature of water from 60 ℃ to 90℃.
1. The control system is equipped with a special computer controller, which makes the boiler running clear and easy to operate.
2. The burner is controlled by full-automatic program, and in case of failure, the burner stops automatically.
3. The boiler body is designed with reasonable structure, and the top is equipped with air vent. The boiler works under normal pressure and is far away from explosion danger. The full wet back three-way structure and corrugated tank design are adopted. The flue gas process is long, the temperature of exhaust gas is reduced, the heat transfer coefficient is increased, and the equipment life is prevented from being reduced due to the expansion and contraction of metal.
Maintenance of the burner: thoroughly clean the rotor plate, ignition device, filter, oil pump, motor and impeller system, and add lubricant to the connecting rod device of air valve. Retest the combustion condition.
