2 tph WNS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler for packaging industry

After learning that Baolilong Packaging would use clean energy natural gas as fuel, ZOZEN recommended one set of 2tph WNS series condensing gas-fired boiler (WNS2-1.0-Q) for it. The boiler body of this series of boilers adopts wet-back structure. The combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure of the boiler are automatically adjusted and protected, which can realize fully automatical operation to ensure safety and reliability. The large-diameter corrugated furnace of this boiler ensures sufficient combustion of natural gas. Combined with an advanced low NOx burner, it can easily achieve the requirement of NOx≤30mg/Nm³. In addition, the boiler is also equipped with energy-saving equipment at the end of the boiler flue, so that the boiler thermal efficiency can reach over 98%.
