ZOZN YLW series theraml fluid heater is square coil horizontal chain grate shop-assembled heater, chain grate and heater proper are transferred separately. After the components arrive at the construction site, the heater can be put into operation once connecting pipes, valves, flue ducts and control lines, non fuss installation saves a lot of infrastructure investment. The heater adopts a durable and light chain grate. The lower part of the grate is equipped with segmented wind chambers and air registers to meet the air volume required by the fuel in each combustion stage. The heater body adopts advanced structural forms to optimize the radiant heating surface and convection heating surface, and reduce the formation and emission of flue gas and dust in the combustion chamber. In addition, ZOZEN uses water film desulfurization and dust removal device to reduce the concentration of boiler exhaust gas emissions.
