25 tph SZS series environment-friendly gas-fired steam boiler for printing and finishing industry

In response to national environmental protection policies and initiatives for energy conservation and emission reduction, many printing and dyeing companies have technically reformed coal-fired boilers on their original production line. Among them, Wujiang Lianhua Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, and has now developed into a large-scale production enterprise integrating weaving, dyeing and finishing, printing and import and export trade.

In 2018, in order to further improve the energy efficiency and economic benefits, Lianhua Dyeing and Finishing decided to eliminate the original backward production equipment and introduce high-efficiency gas-fired boilers. Regarding the actual needs of Lianhua dyeing and finishing production line, ZOZEN recommended the SZS series environment-friendly gas-fired steam boiler, and tailored a scientific and efficient boiler system. By configuring energy-saving devices at the end of the boiler flue, the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler can be improved over 98%. And the front and rear walls of this series of gas boiler body all adopt membrane wall structure. The use of anti-vibration fasteners for convection tube in high-temperature area eliminates the problem of fracture of the convection tube bundle nozzle and greatly extends the boiler life. Besides, the large-volume furnace design combined with an advanced low NOx burner ensures that the NOx in the boiler's flue gas emissions are below 30mg/Nm³, as well as a stable and efficient steam supply on the production line.
