How to prevent the coking on the furnace wall of the coal-fired boiler?

The coal-fired boiler has low fuel costs and high calorific value, which is a kind of important auxiliary heating equipment in the production-oriented enterprises. However, the coking on the furnace wall is common in the operation of the coal-fired boiler.
The prevention measures for the coking of the coal-fired boiler
1) Air volume. Reasonable air volume can promote the sufficient combustion of coal and reduce the coking of boiler.
2) Furnace temperature. Distribute the air supply reasonably, optimize the fuel combustion and monitor the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet.
3) Pulverized coal fineness. Select the pulverized coal with an appropriate fineness.
4) Coal type selection. The coal blending can reduce the ashing and coking characteristics of coal.
